WHAT IS WHOLENESS?
You may think your worth is tied to external circumstances, your past actions, or how others treated you.
Embracing wholeness is learning this: You are enough. Your perceived imperfections are not your flaw. They are your humanity.
You see all of the different parts that make up who you are, and you love and accept all of that unconditionally.

what DOES YOGA HAVE TO DO WITH IT?
Everything you have ever experienced was lived through your body. Your body remembers your joys and sorrows, your hopes and fears, your expectations and disappointments. Yoga includes body work, breath exercises, and meditation. These are tools that you use to release past traumas, to set boundaries, and to do things differently. As you observe, acknowledge, and honor your experiences, you start to see yourself as whole. You live this truth with courage and authenticity.
YOU ARE ALREADY WHOLE.
The work that you do is simply to remember it.
